Sofra Turkish Cafe & Restaurant first opened doors in 1999 as a cozy corner restaurant on the ground level of Shaw Towers. In January 2001, we expanded and moved to the second floor with our Turkish chefs and continued to serve authentic Turkish cuisine to repay support from our customers. To give way to building redevelopment plans, we bid goodbye to Shaw Towers on 19 July 2020. Nevertheless, memories we shared with our customers from over two decades have always been the sweetest part of growing up. Today, we welcome our customers to our new home in Marina Square. We aim to provide a comfortable dining experience and to make sure every moment here is enjoyable.

Job Description

Job Description
To assist with overall administrative needs of the restaurant, such as but not limited to:
Inventory and stock take
HR and Accounts matters
Data entry
Ordering of stocks
Routine reporting to Management
Other ad hoc tasks such as tenancy matters, license applications, etc.

Requirements
Background and experience in Accounts and HR is a plus.
Strong sense of urgency to see that tasks are followed through and executed timely.
Strong organizational skills to ensure things are filed systematically.
