Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Pack and fulfil online sales and ecommerce orders through the efficient use of in-house and 3rd party delivery partners
- Receive incoming and outgoing shipment within the warehouse
- Coordinate all logistics activities and work with inter-department heads across different business units
- Monitor warehouse inventory and inform Product Managers if stocks are running below par level
- Provide feedback and suggest ways to improve operations and ensure cost-efficient and timely delivery of shipment and goods in line with the business needs
- Participate in monthly stock-take and provide monthly closing reports
- Support with any other administrative duties or special projects as required

Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Familiarity with Shopify and marketplace ecommerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Fairprice and Amazon
- Experienced/Comfortable with operating pallet stacker/pallet jack
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to communicate in written and spoken English and a positive mindset and “can-do” attitude to continuously strive to make things better
- Possess a Class 3 Driver’s license will be a bonus

Salary Range: S$2,000 – S$3,000 monthly
