Company Description:: Parcel delivery for different courier companies Ninjavan/ Cainiao. 6 day work week Monday to Saturday. (Residential Routes) 5 day work week Monday to Friday ( Industrial/ commercial routes) Working Hours start 8-9am at warehouse. End time flexible depending on work speed able to go back after completion of daily task given. Personal Vehicle can be used if none, company can provide vehicle no upfront cost rental deducted during salary calculation. Different pay schemes provided for personal choice (check with empolyer to be discussed during interview) OJT period 1 week or less if confident to start early, OJT pay provided. Once able to start contract given notice period 1 month/ 2 month depending on platform working at. No education requirements, all past records to be cleared work open to all. Pay based on hardwork no exceptions. Incentives for good performance and no absence provided each month (Depending on Employer Descretion)
