Responsibilities
- Assist finance to complete relevant financial work, including completion of cashier work, initiating payment process, and reimbursement issues.
- Responsible for the company's fixed asset ledger registration.
- Handle daily work in the office, such as answering phone calls, faxing, greeting and assisting visitors, office maintenance, ordering office stationery and pantry supplies, printer’s cartridge, and booking and setting up for meeting and conference room.
- Making travel arrangements, such as bookings flights, cars and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Handle day-to-day operations, such as rental, utilities, mailboxes, and overseas document delivery arrangements.
- Assist finance and HR in the company's administrative, financial, and personnel management-related systems.
- Connect with relevant management departments of shareholders, receive documents issued by shareholders, and copy relevant departments and company leaders.
- To ensure documents are properly filed
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Certificate/Diploma in Admin/Business/Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience in admin or finance function
- Diligent, proactive, willing to learn and able to complete work with reasonable accuracy
- Foreign students from China who have graduated in Singapore are also welcome to apply.
Salary:
2.500,00 SGD Monthly
