Job Description

Customer Service Coordinator
Main duties are:
Sales Order Creation and ERP Integration:
• Accurately create sales orders based on incoming customer orders.
• Ensure all sales orders are properly synced with the ERP system for seamless processing and tracking.
Account Statements:
• Prepare and send statements of accounts to customers in a timely manner.
• Address any discrepancies or inquiries related to account statements promptly.
Managerial Support:
• Provide administrative support to the manager.
• Assist with ad-hoc assignments as required, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Required Language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.)
• We are seeking entrepreneurial, startup-minded candidates who can take initiative.
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday:12.30pm to 9pm
Saturday: 8am to 5pm
Sunday: 7am to 6.30pm
Work schedule will be 5 or 6 days per week, with an alternate off day that falls on weekday.
Office Location: Mount Austin area.
Salary Range: RM 3,500 – RM 6,000 per month
At least one (1) month of performance bonus
