Sales Interior Designer

- Commission base remuneration package; allowance or hybrid package subject to mutual agreement.
- Handle potential clients and leads by Company (quality leads will be provided), develop design concepts followed by preparing proposals and quotations to win tenders and projects.
- Tailor unique and avant-garde design proposals and effective space planning for clients
- Management of renovation sites and sub contractors.
- Strong knowledge of materials, fittings and finishes
- Proficient and fast worker on designs and detail drawings using AutoCAD and relevant software.
- Proficient in Kujiale (Coohom), Sketchup, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator and other design related software to develop ideas and articulate design intent
- Able to cross-check drawings efficiently before submission to Creative Director and thereafter clients
- Experience in handling projects start-to-finish, sales, design and execution a very strong added advantage.
- Possess flair and keen eyes for design details.
- Proactive with excellent coordination/execution skills.
- Team player and must have good communication and project management skills.
- Able to deliver project work and design works within tight deadline
