Job Description

1. Provide with the highest level of customer service at all times.
2. Greet member/guest as they enter the Club lounge, provide them with assistance in seating, introduce them to all aspects of the Lounge product, advising them of all available services and offering assistance where required to maintain customer loyalty.
3. Assist with expeditious and accurate completion of all reports & statistical data, and recording inwards goods and confirmation of invoices. Assist with daily/weekly stock control.
4. Undertake various administrative functions and other duties as directed from time to time by the Assistant Manager, F&B and Head, F&B.
5. Present menus and offer suggestions on the day’s specials and offered deals.
6. Take orders for starters, food items, and beverages and provide guests with information on complementing drinks.
7. Expedite guests’ orders and ensure that they are delivered to their tables within the specified timelines.
8. Ascertain that all condiments are made available to guests along with their orders.
9. Stock condiments shelves and maintain liaison with procurement officers to ensure prompt delivery of supplies and items.
10. Coordinate the efforts of waiter/waitress to ensure that the club lounge is kept clean and sanitized.
11. Prepare buffet areas and ensure that all necessary food and beverage items are presented in an appealing manner.
12. Maintain lounge areas in a neat manner by paying close attention to food services, refrigerators, and floors.
13. Perform follow-up duties to ensure continuous guest satisfaction and take orders for additional services.
14. Notwithstanding the above, you are expected to carry out other duties assigned by the Management
15. 6 days work per week.

Requirements:
• Minimum ‘O’ Levels or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service preferably, with country club experience.
• Basic knowledge of POS Systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Keen interest in the hospitality industry would be an advantage.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Staff transport available at Seng Kang and Khatib.
Salary:
2.000,00 SGD Monthly
