Operation Supervisor

Job Scope :

Responsible for monitoring and improving performance and ensuring safe and efficient operation of material-handling equipment by the warehouse team
To take charge and supervise a group of workers to prepare finished goods
To ensure accuracy in documents
To ensure client’s deliveries are met
Work with internal and external stakeholders
Maintain safety, health, and operational quality standards
To perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Director

Requirements :

Relevant working experience
Well-groomed, proactive, and self-motivated
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Strong language proficiency to correspond with English and Mandarin speaking customers
