Assistant Store Manager

Core Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional leadership to the Customer Service team
• Determine and communicate priorities to the store team on a daily basis through the daily sales plan
• Execute visual merchandising brief in a timely and effective manner in accordance with company expectations
• Be a role model for excellent customer service
• Ensure the store is clean and tidy by performing general housekeeping, cleaning procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the business
• Work together with Store Manager to developing various business plans and access them to find new markets for business development

Requirements:
• You have a positive "can-do" attitude and are able to prioritize assignments to manage different scenarios/situations simultaneously. As a person you are a team-player, who thrives and contributes best in a team setting.
• 1-2 years of retail environment experience will be preferable
• Solid understanding of various business models
• Open to travel to South East Asia region to identify opportunities
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Highly collaborative style, strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
