Are you passionate about retail and eager to develop your leadership skills? Join our team as a Retail Part-Timer and gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of retail management. This part-time job is suitable for undergraduate students who are on semester break and would like to gain practical experience. It offers a unique opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to the success of our store.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospect and promote jewelry products and services to walk-in customers as well as customers on our online platforms.
- Provide customer service support for the retail network and e-commerce.
- Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well-presented.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and establish a positive rapport with every client.
- Drive client satisfaction.
- Work together with operations to ensure a smooth fulfillment process.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks or projects as required.

Requirements:
1. Undergraduate students in any field of study.
2. Skilled in using Microsoft Office (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel).
3. Meticulous, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
4. Passionate to the customer/sales industry
5. Must be able to commit for at least 3 months.
6. Candidates with no prior retail experience are encouraged to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided.
7. Willingness to learn.
8. Good command in English and Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia is a plus - to liaise with multilingual customers.

• Candidates must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
Salary:
11,00 SGD Hourly
