Customer Service Specialist & Stock Control

Job description:

• We're looking for a self-starter who can effectively manage their time at work.
• The role requires drive and a sense of accountability because the day-to-day working environment will involve very little direct supervision.

Position Responsibilities and requirements as listed:
• Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in-person to provide information on company services.
• Administration of logistics / monetary events.
• Office/showroom clerical and sales tasks.
• Organized and have good interpersonal skills.
• Conduct weekly warehouse checks at all our external warehouses.
• Work along with our warehouse personnel in charge while on site
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, email replying, etc.)
• Strong team player.
• Adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
• Pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• 5 days’ work week, able to work on Saturday with a weekday off

Salary range $2000 onward
