Role Description

- This is a full-time role as an Artiste Manager and Producer at TCPMG Pte Ltd. As an Artiste Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing the careers of our talented artists. You will handle their bookings, contracts, and negotiations, and provide guidance and support to ensure their success. As a Producer, you will oversee the production of various projects, including music albums, concerts, and other live events.


- This is a hybrid role with the primary location in Singapore, but also offers flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in artist management or talent representation
- Strong knowledge of the entertainment industry and current trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
- Experience in producing music albums, concerts, or events is a plus
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
