Architectural Designer

Job Description:

· Conceptualizes designs, carries out feasibility studies and presents design proposals

· Coordinating and liaising with the clients and various consultants and contractors.

· Liaise with Authorities, prepare and make submissions to obtain statutory approval

· Prepare tender documentation and construction drawings

· Oversees progress of on-site work. assist in administering contracts and site supervision

Requirements:

· Graduates with recognized Degree / Diploma. In Architecture

· Able to work independently.

· Possess effective communication skills both verbal and digital.

· Good planning and organizing skills.

· Proficient in Autocad and Sketchup a must.

· Knowledge in BIM Modeling (Revit) will be an added advantage.
