Job Description
Location: Singapore
Position: Architect/Engineer Designer

TCA Design and Build is a dynamic and innovative firm specializing in interior design, architectural works, and the rebuild and reconstruction of landed properties. Our commitment to excellence and attention to detail sets us apart, and we are dedicated to delivering exceptional design solutions and high-quality constructions.
Key Responsibilities:
Construction Management: Lead and supervise construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Site Supervision: Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
Shop Drawings: Prepare, review, and approve detailed shop drawings, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Manage relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Fit-Outs: Plan and execute fit-out projects, coordinating all necessary activities to ensure seamless implementation.
Quotations: Prepare and review detailed quotations, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
Documentation: Prepare, manage, and maintain all necessary project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and permits.
Rendering: Produce high-quality renderings to support design concepts and presentations (a plus).
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in construction management, site supervision, and dealing with contractors and vendors.
Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Singapore.
Proficiency in preparing and reviewing shop drawings.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Rendering skills are a plus.
