Job Description

Working Hours: 7am-4pm (OT when required)
Working days: 4days 1off work pattern
Gross salary up to $2,500 per month

Job Duties:
* Assist in preparing ingredients for doughs production, including measuring, mixing and scaling.
* Learn and follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistency in product quality.
* Operate mixing equipment and other bakery machinery safely and efficiently.
* Monitor dough fermentation and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the mixing area and equipment.
* Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
* Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
* Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor/ Manager.

Job Requirements:
* No experience required (on-job-training will be provided).
* MUST be physically fit (as required to carry heavy loads and standing of long hours).
* Attention to detail and a willingness to follow precise recipes and techniques.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Able to follow the 4days 1off work pattern.
