Job Description
-- Main Contractor office located at Jurong East
-- Excellent career progression
-- Up to $4,500 + variable bonus
Responsibilities
-- Check MEP drawings coordination for discrepancies with architectural & structural drawings.
-- Coordinate Mechanical and Electrical services with consultants and sub-contractors on site.
-- Ensure installations are carried out according to plans
-- Review M&E drawings and lookout for discrepancies between actual progress works and approved drawings.
-- Plan all drawings request to meet the submission deadline.
-- Oversee all related M&E issues on site.
Requirements
-- Experienced in coordination and supervision of M&E services and/or building-related works for bungalows or semidetached houses in Singapore.
-- Diploma in Industrial / Building Service Engineering / Construction or any relevant
