Job Description
Assist in the development and upgrading of Quality Management System.
Assist and contribute in Production / Engineering / Warehouse improvement initiatives.
Contribute to Identification of production / engineering root cause, implement corrective and preventive measures.
Identifying process capabilities, develop, optimize and implement new technology to improve throughput.
Manage sub-contractors in engaging their services and ensure safety rules are enforced during their course of work within company premise.
Prepare or execute technical studies and process validation assessments, protocols, and reports.
Participate in Process Safety Assessments.
Assist in technology transfer and implementation of new equipment and technologies.
Assist in execution of training program, setting up of documentation and procedural control for current and new equipment.
Assist in the implementation and function of continuous improvement program.
Assist in develop maintenance plan for all process-related equipment and oversee that the plan is executed effectively.
Any Ad-hoc work assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements:
Diploma with 2years’ process experience in Chemical Manufacturing.
Preferable 1-2yrs of facility and equipment maintenance experience is a plus point.
