Job Description

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide information about facilities, services, and safety rules.
- Handle registration and ticket sales, ensuring all participants have signed appropriate waivers and received wristbands for entry.
- Process transactions using cash registers and digital payment systems, including handling cash and giving correct change.
- Answer telephone inquiries, providing information on pricing, party bookings, and general inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter area and ensure all brochures and flyers are well-stocked and displayed.
- Coordinate with party planners or hosts to check-in groups efficiently and distribute necessary party materials.
- Monitor and manage inventory of tickets, wristbands, and other necessary supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe environment for all guests.
- Assist in resolving any customer complaints or issues that arise at the counter.
- Provide general support and information to staff and visitors to ensure a smooth operation of the playground.
Salary:
10,00 SGD Hourly
