Job Description

Job Description

· Prepare course administration documentation

· Perform annual and scheduled facility and equipment stock-taking

· Handle training nomination and relevant training administration enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

· Prepare yearly forecast and schedules for courses in consultation with the client.

· Participate in operational meetings to ensure milestones are met and planning principles are followed through.

· Produce high quality reports capturing the key points from leadership teams and various workshops.

· Support in other ad-hoc administrative/operational matters.

Job Requirements:

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.

· Able to transcribe or write minutes.

· Possess good organizational, communication & interpersonal skills.

· Efficient and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

· Meticulous and conscientious.

· Admin experience would be beneficial.

5 days work week - 8am to 5pm (Monday - Friday)

Work area Upper Jurong Road (Nearest MRT Joo Koon)

Salary: 2200 - $2400
