Qualification:
Min. G.C.E. 'O' level . Those applicants with higher qualification are welcome to apply.
Must passed and obtain the C.E.I issued by MOM
PC and internet savvy. Only for local applicants as no work passes will be applied.
Duties:
To carry out the recruitment functions for our clients according to their requirements.
To communication with our clients and to understand their recruitment requirements and to input the information into our systerm.
To negotiate on the service terms and condition and to prepare the business terms.
To source for candidates based on the requirements and to post openings on jobsites.
To shortlist candidates and to arrange for interviews by the clients.
To follow up with clients on outcome and to do all arrangements.
To prepare billings and check payment.
