Institutional Custody Asset Servicing Specialist

JOB LOCATION: Changi Business Park Crescent Singapore
JOB TITLE: INSTITUTIONAL CUSTODY ASSET SERVICING SPECIALIST

We're looking for someone like you to:
1. Establish yourself as a trusted single point of contact for Institutional Clients and Banks & Regulated Brokers.
2. Answer clients’ questions on day-to-day use of our platform and post-trade related topics. e.g. securities settlements, corporate actions, reconciliation, cash management and operational tax.
3. Support smooth onboarding and training for new clients.
4. Provide post trade support for our premium clients, e.g. sending of settlement instructions and sending of proxy instructions.
5. Act as the point of contact between clients and our technical support and development team.
6. Be on the lookout for ways to improve processes, reduce risks, strengthen controls and increase customer satisfaction.

Desirable Skills
Your experience and skills

You have:
1. Previous client services experience within the financial services industry.
2. Fundamental knowledge or prior experience in custody and securities services.
3. Passion for dealing with clients, strong numerical skills and an understanding of financial instruments products.
4. The proven ability to build, maintain and enhance relationships at all levels.
5. Experience in IB and/or WM Ops will be of added advantage.
