Job Description

The Administrative Executive will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the company. Your role will involve assisting with clerical tasks, managing office communications, and contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Office Management: Oversee general office operations, including managing incoming calls, emails, and mail distribution. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure a tidy and organized workspace.

Scheduling and Calendar Management: Coordinate and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives and team members.

Document Management: Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations. Organize and maintain digital and physical files to ensure easy retrieval of information.

Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Accurately enter data into relevant databases and maintain records of various company activities, transactions, and contacts.

Travel Coordination: Assist in making travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.

Financial Support: Assist in processing invoices, expenses, and purchase orders. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate bookkeeping.

Customer Support: Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers and visitors, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate departments.

And any other ad hoc tasks.
Salary:
