Job Description
Drafting, negotiating and reviewing of deal documentation and commercial contracts
Liasing with and instructing internal and external advisory teams to manage disputes and other complete transactions.
Working closely with the various departments within the Vallianz Group on joint ventures, ECM, tenders and commercial contracts, banking facilities and shipping-related work.
Good autonomy on various task including non-disclosure agreements, memoranda of understanding, banking facility agreements and commercial contracts.
Developing a good understanding of the group's business and progressively improving autonomy.
Pay: $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
