Job Description

As a Customer Success Sales Associate, you will be the frontline of our customer interactions, ensuring positive experiences and satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering strong relationships with our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

Customer Interactions: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and comprehensive information about our products/services.

Customer Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential customers through leads to encourage sales and upselling opportunities
Issue Resolution: Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to finding satisfactory solutions.

Foster continuous growth and refinement of sales skills through regular training and coaching sessions.
