Position:                  HR Cum Admin Assistant**     

Business :                Audit & Accounting Services

Company :               SME / Singapore Established Small Co.

Employee :              10-15

Working Hours :   9-6 pm, (5 Days / MON-FRI) **

Proficient In MS Word / Excel / Access / V-LookUps & Pivot Table
Experience 1-2 Years in Admin & Accounting / Payroll

Job Description

Responsible for the Preparation and Processing of the Monthly Payroll.
Create and Maintain Our Clients’ Employees Records in the Payroll System – Big / Small / Medium Companies** –Mostly F&B or Retail.
Timely Submission of Monthly & Year End Approvals, Employees’ Bonus, Overtime, CPF Submission, Annual IR8A and Tax Clearance and Submit to IRAS.
Salary:
2.400,00 SGD Monthly
