Designer Drafter

We are seeking a talented Designer Drafter to join our team and play a crucial role in bringing our projects to life. As a Drafter, you will be responsible for creating detailed commercial drawings that meet the highest standards of accuracy and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and produce commercial drawings essential for project success.
Create detailed as-built/shop drawings for submission, interior fit-out works, and construction.
Translate oral instructions, sketches, and calculations into precise drawings.
Maintain, update, and modify drawings as needed to ensure accuracy.
Conduct site checks to verify dimensions and details for fabrication.
Analyze and interpret changes to drawings to meet project requirements.
Ensure drawings adhere to specifications and company standards.
Collaborate with project teams to understand the scope and requirements for detailed drawings.
Organize and store drawings efficiently in both hardcopy and electronic formats.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workload for timely completion.
Assist in preparing base quotations and mood boards.
Consult with project planning personnel to incorporate necessary details into drawings.
Review drawings and related documents to prepare fabrication and erection drawings.
Ensure all materials are accounted for in erection drawings.
Communicate drawing details effectively to production and project teams, making adjustments as needed.
Perform any other duties as assigned to support project success.
