大数据运维岗位职责: 1、负责大数据平台基础设施的运维、调优以及大数据运维体本系建设,保障业务连续性; 2、熟练配置Flink的任务参数,以实现高效的数据处理和流计算。对Kafka进行性能调优,保障消息的可靠传输和处理。 3、集群资源的调度和优化,标准化调度系统监控,日志采集集,包括SLA的制定与故障定位; 监控大数据平台的运行状态,及时解决出现的问题和故障。能够迅速定位并解决DataWorks工作流中的异常。 #岗位要求: 1、计算机相关专业,本科及以上学历,5年以上大数据领域SRE运维; 2、熟悉阿里云大数据平台相关组件且有实际运维经验,必选项 3、熟悉开源组件,如Hadoop/Spark/Flink/Hive/zookeeper/Doris/Kafka/HBase/Hudi/Clickhouse等,有相关安装部署及调优经验者优先; 4、有大规模OLTP、OLAP数据仓库建设经验者优先; 5、有开发经验,熟悉Shell/Python等编程语言,精通go/java语言者优先; 6、具备故障排除能力,有很好的技术敏感度以及风险识别能力; 7、良好的服务意识,善于团队协作,项目管理,主动思考,自我驱动力强。"
